Tony's Auto Upholstery

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication at this shop. After messaging Tony, he told me to bring my vehicle in the next morning at 9:30 AM for a driver’s side armrest repair, saying it would take about an hour and a half. I drove nearly an hour to get there, fully prepared to wait for the service. When I arrived on time, he told me he was busy with another project and it would be an hour before he could even start. I agreed to come back in an hour, only for him to change his story again and say he couldn't actually get to it until after 1:00 PM. My time was completely disrespected. Communication is key with customers, Tony. I ended up leaving and taking my vehicle to DTX Auto Care in Grand Prairie instead, where they took care of me immediately. I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you value your time and clear communication.

Tony did a fantastic job, matching the leather perfectly to the rest of the car. I only had the driver side seat bottom done and matched very well to the top. This man knows his craft and has a great attitude towards life.

Highly recommend this place for your upholstery needs!! We took a stainless steel cooler that was custom made for one of our vehicles. He wrapped it in the exact same leather as our Cadillac. He made sure to match it so it would blend it perfectly, and it did. The time frame he stated was correct and he made sure I was pleased. Very friendly, knowledgeable, knows his stuff, and Price was very reasonable.

Went to get my GLK 350 touched up. Tony is definitely the man to go to. He’s easy to deal with and his craftsmanship really shows. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for an auto upholstery repair. He gave me an estimate of 4 hours to complete the job but he castes some spells and got it done in less than 2 hours. The result is really outstanding. Thank you Tony.

Tony is truly an honest and great guy! I showed up without an appointment and he welcomed me as if I had an appointment..lol! I had the leather on my armrest upholstered and he did a wonderful job. I gave him a tip and he tried to give it back. It wasn’t much but I really appreciate him. He has such a loving and genuine smile. Such a kind soul.
